Friday 27th June saw the family and friends of Andrew Dunne and Barry OโNeill return to St. Anneโs Golf Club for the ๐๐๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ & ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ง๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ต๐.
Andrew and Barry were great friends who grew up together in Dublin. Andrew died suddenly, aged 25 in October 2010. His friend Barry OโNeill (Baz), died suddenly in July 2022 aged 37.
In 2023 the first memorial golf day was held to remember the two friends โ an event Barry had been organising for Andrew for a number of years prior to his death.
This year saw the two families, friends and colleagues come together again in huge numbers. There was huge support in St. Anneโs for the event and the proceeds of the Raffle were kindly donated to CRY Ireland.
Congrats to all the winners & ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ to the organising committee, including Barryโs Dad Dave.
On behalf of CRY Ireland โ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ to everyone who supported the event, donated raffle prizes and to those who bought tickets on the night โ the fantastic sum of โฌ1,500.00 was raised at the raffle and donated to CRY.
