Whether you have lost a loved one to Sudden Cardiac Death of SADS and/or you are navigating a potential or confirmed diagnosis of a genetic cardiac condition, why not come along.
To begin the day, the children and young people will be invited to enjoy the magic of the stud farm while the adults will be invited to hear from our guest speakers who will share their own cardiac and personal stories.
Bereavement Grief Counsellors, Professional Therapists and our Team of Family Support Volunteers will ensure that this day will fee Safe and Supported. The focus of the day is to create a sense of solidarity, a feeling that you are not alone and are amongst people who really understand.
