CRY Ireland Family Support Programme Ladies and Men’s Events Sunday 20th Oct 2024 Kildare

A wonderful day was had on Sunday 20th October 2024 at Solas Bhride, Kildare Town at our CRY Ireland Family Support Programme Ladies and Men’s Events. 

A very special thank you to Sr Phil, Geraldine and Mary at Solas Bhride for their continued support of CRY Ireland. 

A very special thank you to Chris and Stephen at the Curragh Military Museum and to Jim Kavanagh, local historian for their insightful guided tours and contribution to our Men’s Group. 

Thank you to our Professional Counsellors/Psychotherapists Annette Mc Donnell and Tony Dunne for emotionally supporting our ladies and men throughout the day. 

Thanks so much for our workshop facilitators for creating such a sense of solidarity for our ladies and men folk throughout the day and for the beautiful crafts/gifts and vouchers they contributed towards our raffle. To Edel Swords (Gentle Yoga and Breath Work); Marie Hopkins (Needle Felting); Anne Harrington (Button Art) and Sarah Mc Guinness (Fused Glass).

Thank you to Natalie and her crew at the Irish National Stud and Japanese Gardens Restaurant for looking after our men folk for lunch. 

Thanks to Caroline and the crew at the Silken Thomas Kildare Town for nurturing our ladies on the day. 

Thanks to Catherine and George Brogan from Turas Le Cheile Bereavement Support for joining us on this special day. 

Thank you to our dear friends and local businesses in Kildare who donated beautiful prizes for our Raffle on the day which raised much needed funds for our Family Support Programme.

Thank you to Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge, Paul and Pauline Lenehan, Firecastle Kildare, Deirdre Mulvihill and Sweet Cheeses, Tanya and Fiadh and Finn Fine Art Keepsakes, Liam Phelan (Mountrath), Kildare Village, LIDL, Elisha and Violets Flowers.

 To our Wonderful CRY Family Support Programme Volunteers, Friends and Families who do so much work behind the scenes to promote the awareness of CRY Ireland and support families in the 32 counties of Ireland.

 Thank you to each individual for attending. We hope that you enjoyed your day with us and know that we are here to support you.
