Pauline Ryan got in touch some months ago and explained that her family wanted to raise funds for CRY to acknowledge the support the family received from everyone in the CRY Centre following the loss of her sister Katie who passed away in her sleep aged 23 in December 2016. Pauline told us ; “Katie loved life, loved her family and friends, always thinking of others and she’d heart of gold” and the family had agreed the 2021 VHI Women’s Mini Marathon was the event they’d take part in in Katie’s memory.
