The Slimming World members from the Victory Centre on the Knocklyon Road ran a “Slim for Good” campaign in early 2013, the campaign ran for over 6 weeks.  With the encouragement of their leader, Miriam O’Shea as well as shedding the pounds they donated to Cry – raising the fantastic sum of €470.00. Huge thanks

Thursday 28th February saw Seán Cearúll, Gav Davies and Dan Kelly run a Pub Quiz in Karma Stone of Wexford Street for Cry Ireland – the night was a huge success and over €500.00 raised and donated to the Charity – huge thanks to the lads for all their work on our behalf special thanks

 Through the generosity of the Late Mary Garland Cry have received a donation of €1,000.00 in memory of Aimee Meehan. Amanda Meehan (nee Garland)’s mother Mary left some monies in her Will to her grandchildren. Amanda generously decided that the money for her daughter Aimee Mehan (pictured) who died suddenly in February 2006 aged 15

UCD Medical Society has once again supported CRY by including us in their annual Med Day. Collections were done throughout Dublin by students doing medicine in UCD.
