Since 2005, Monkstown Church of Ireland Church has hosted a memorial service to remember children and young adults lost suddenly to a heart condition or sudden cardiac death. This year, it takes place on Sunday 24th November at 2pm in Monkstown, Church of Ireland Church, Monkstown, Co Dublin. (2pm to 3.30pm). Everyone who has had
