We’re delighted to welcome Lucy Mulhall as our latest #Ambassador
Lucy Mulhall is the captain of the Irish Women 7’s Rugby team.
We met Lucy recently and she told Tommy Fegan and Lucia Ebbs
“I am so honoured and excited to become an Ambassador for CRY. I believe in the work that CRY do to support families and screen families who have lost loved ones to SADS. My dad lost his brother at the young age of 18 and was never afforded the opportunity of screening or of access to professional, free counselling. I have seen the life-long impact losing a loved has had on our family. CRY’s effort to step in at this devastating time in a grieving family’s life, both to offer emotional support and to screen immediate family members, I believe, is life-changing for those families. Our young people are our future and CRY’s access to free screening of SADS offers us a chance to ensure that less young people, with their whole lives in-front of them, are lost to SADS. I admire every CRY volunteer and worker for making this their life’s mission and I am excited to work with CRY Ireland to help them to reach as many families and young people as they can. I believe that it is so important to be kind and caring to others and CRY is a charity that personifies this and changes lives.
Thank You Lucy and we look forward to working together going forward. #teamCRY❤️
