THE GREAT RUN WITH CRY
Feeling sluggish after one too many mince pies after Christmas? Planning to hit 2011 with new vigour and keep to that healthier lifestyle promise you’ve been musing over for the majority of last year?
Well why not set yourself the challenge of The Great Ireland Run! The event is held in the Phoenix park on the 10th April 2011 and you, alongside the thousands of other runners, determined to make a difference, will cover a mere 10k circuit around the park and all in aid of charity. All we ask… pick CRY for your charity.
Why CRY? With no government funding and raising figures of Cardiac deaths in the young, 60 to 80% of which are under the age of 35, the Screening Centre is in need of any donations to help keep afloat and continue to help fund the Screening Centre in Tallaght Hospital, Dublin.

Do it before the 28th February and you pay €28 after that it’s €30 so beat the clock and get in fast, €2 is €2 that could be your first donation to CRY!
What you get. A Race Number, a technical Nike t-shirt and full information pack (this will be sent to you approximately two weeks before event), a Souvenir finisher’s medal, drink and finisher’s pack. Plus a breakdown of your official time! More importantly, a sense of achievement and that promise you made, kept. Suddenly after months of training you are fit, healthy and a marathon runner!
