(Cardiac Risk in the Young)
A group of fourteen Cork based musicians have joined forces to do a live recording in Mr. Bradleys on Barrack St, as part of The Fireside Sessions in aid of C.R.Y. (Cardiac Risk in the Young). The recording is a tribute to Ciara O’Connor (aged 15) who died suddenly on December 8th 2006 of a cardiac arrest. Ciara was full of life, love and potential and she is the inspiration for this project “Le Grá do Chiara”. The CD cover and inlay feature a series of drawings/paintings by Ciara.
The album is currently available to download/purchase from www.cdbaby.com/cd/firesidesessions, from Mr. Bradleys, Barrack St, Cork; Pro Musica, Cork; Bandon Books, Bandon, Co.
