Thursday 14th April saw a group of family and friends got together to remember their great friend Paul O’Connor. The inaugural Paul O’Connor Memorial Glass was played for in the beautiful surrounds of Castle Golf Club, Rathfarnham, Dublin.
The evening saw golfers and non-golfers gather for dinner in the clubhouse where we were joined by Susan, Robert, Emma, Hanna & Richard. The honour of winning the first PO’C Memorial Glass went to Gary Dunne. To those who contributed prizes and other goodies a big thanks you – John Moen, Paul Slater, Dave Dunne, Joan Ryan, Brian Callan, Eddie Scaife, Igor Fleming & Paul Ryan.
However the real winner on the day was CRY who benefitted from the proceeds raised from the raffle which raised the fantastic sum of €753.50. Pictured below is Susan presenting Gary with the Memorial Trophy and Susan presenting the monies on Monday morning 18th April to Dr. Deirdre Ward in the CRYP Centre.
