Monday 5th June saw CRY Ireland welcome families and friends who have been affected by Sudden Cardiac Death at the 2017 Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon all taking part in aid of Cry to help raise vital funds for the charity.
Speaking on the day, Lucia Ebbs at CRY said:
We are so thrilled with the turnout here today to support the Charity and those affected as we depend heavily on this fundraising event every year to ensure we can continue to provide the free screening service in Tallaght Hospital.
“Everyone on #teamCry taking part today in aid of CRY Ireland have been affected by SADS in some way and we really appreciate them taking part and helping us raise money to continue our work and to support each other. We are so proud and thankful to everyone who ran the Mini Marathon for CRY Ireland today.”
