As we start the new year, we at CRY understand that dealing with significant change in our lives, doesn’t follow a calendar. If you have lost a loved one or you are dealing with significant change in your life because of a cardiac diagnosis, you are welcome to join us for our January online support meeting Tuesday 6th Jan 2026 @ 8pm. This online support meeting will be a gentle, supportive space. If you would like to join, come exactly as you are from the comfort of your own home.
