Last Saturday Seรกn & Alan (both ex League of Ireland soccer players) took on the Jason Black 4 Peaks Challenge – to climb Irelandโs 4 highest peaks in each of the four Irish provinces – Ulster, Munster, Leinster & Connaught.
A serious physical & mental challenge that has to be completed ๐๐ถ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป ๐ฐ๐ฐ ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ and the lads knocked it out of the park! ๐พ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐! They started out in Slieve Donard, County Down at 9am Saturday morning. A maximum altitude of 3,630m, 11,9090 ft – non stop. No overnight stays in hotels or B & Bs – hike, bus to the next location, hike, bus to the next location and repeat! Very little rest or sleep. Sean told us of the sleep deprivation and the physicality of the challenge – and the legends that they are completed it with just 7 minutes to go!

- Lugnaquilla (925 m)
- Carrauntoohil (1038 m)
- Mweelrea (814 m)
