We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Catherine Lee who held a fundraiser for CRY in conjunction with a milestone birthday of hers in late 2021.

The fundraiser was held in memory of her nephew Simon Priestley who died suddenly in October 2018 at the age of 29.

Catherine’s family and friends donated to her fundraiser in lieu of gifts and with the help of a large corporate donation, the total amount raised came to an incredible sum of €25,000.00.

Catherine Lee and extended family have supported our work and fundraised tirelessly and we are extremely grateful for their support and efforts.

At Catherine’s request and with the support of Simon’s parents David and Geraldine and his brothers Eoghan and David, a Defibrillator and 3 ECG Arrhythmia Detection Systems will be purchased for the CRY Centre in Simon’s name.

On behalf of the CRY Community and all the team here at the CRY Centre we would like to thank Catherine and her extended family and friends. Their generosity will help save lives and support families like theirs.
