DESCRIPTION:✨2025 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝘼𝘿𝙎 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 ✨ \n  \nMonkstown Church of Ireland Church are hosting their annual memorial service to remember children and young adults lost suddenly to a heart condition or sudden cardiac death. This year\, it takes place at 𝟮𝗽𝗺\, 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆\, 𝟮𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 in Monkstown\, Church of Ireland Church\, Monkstown\, Co Dublin (A94 HH97). \n  \nEveryone who has had such a loss is very welcome. The ceremony is about remembrance and support\, and everyone is welcome\, regardless of religious beliefs to this service. \n  \nThis memorial ceremony gives us the opportunity to remember those we have lost and meet others who have suffered a similar loss. \n  \nPlease come along with your family and friends. \n  \n𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙖 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨.
