flowerThank You

We have dedicated this area to pay special tribute to the extremely generous people who have made a contribution to CRY. It is because of these amazing people that CRY is able to keep our doors open as we do not receive any government funding. All at CRY would like to express our sincerest thanks to everyone who has provided us with support.

The Cry Winter Supper Club 2016

The Cry Winter Supper Club 2016 was held on Friday 25th November in Leopardstown Racecourse and was another amazing success.
We couldn't do it without Dr. David Mulcahy and Sharon Fitzpatrick of Fitzers Catering and we are truly grateful for your incredible ongoing support.

It was a revamped night - out with the "black tie" and it was replaced with chic smart casual! Out with the large tables - they were replaced by "Pods" - it worked a treat allowing people to mingle and have more time to chat with old friends and new.
The food - just amazing - huge thanks to Leonard Fearon and his staff - we don't know how you managed to feed almost 400 people 6 courses - and each better than the last. A series of culinary delights were promised and delivered on!

The girls from Mount Anville opened the night and the fun singing waiters were back - incredible!
An amazing night, a huge success and sincere thanks to everybody who supported so generously. We had 70 pods and 70 prizes - a prize for each table before our Auction -
if you were one of our donors - thank you - we couldn't do it without you.

Phil Cawley was our MC & Guest DJ on the night - huge thanks Phil - as always you didn't disappoint. #FriendOfCry.
So to everyone who attended we hope you thoroughly enjoyed what was a fantastic fundraiser for Cry!

Come Walk in my Shoes - Aoife Ward

The 19th November saw friends and family remember Aoife Ward with a 10km walk to "Aoife’s Wood"
- a nice chilled walking pace with no-one left behind.
Aoife died suddenly on the 19th of November 2000 and the day was a lovely way to remember Aoife.

Tracey, Aoife's mom sent us the picture here - showing the incredible support of the walk on the day from family and friends supporting Tracey, Edward and Brian.

Huge thanks from Cry - donations on the day were made in aid of Cry and the incredible sum of €1,835.00 was donated in Aoife's memory. Incredible generosity which allows us to do so much more.
